F.A.Q

  1. What’s the first step if I want to start?
Every client begins with a free consultation and assessment. We’ll talk about your goals, your lifestyle, and your challenges, then create a plan that fits.

  2. Do I need to be in shape before working with you?
Not at all. I meet you where you are, whether you’re new to training, returning after time off, or already experienced. Progress starts from your current baseline.

  3. What results can I expect?
Most clients see noticeable improvements in strength, energy, and confidence within the first 4–6 weeks. Long-term changes—like lean muscle, reduced body fat, and better bone density—come with consistent training.

  4. What makes your training different?
It’s private, distraction-free coaching built around five key areas of wellness: strength, cardio, nutrition, mobility, and recovery. I also integrate data from wearables and (when available) blood work to personalize progress.

  5. Do you offer virtual coaching?
Yes. Virtual coaching gives you the same structured programming, accountability, and feedback, but with the flexibility to train at your home or gym, on your schedule.

  6. What if I’ve had an injury?
I’ve worked with clients recovering from all types of shoulder, back, knee, and post-surgery issues. We focus on safe, corrective movement patterns and strengthening around limitations so you can train without setbacks.

  7. Is there a guarantee?
Yes. If you put in the work and don’t feel you’re making progress, I offer a 100% money-back guarantee.

What Clients Are Saying

I started out my own company and wanted somebody to hold me accountable and schedule out my workouts while on business trips. Scott has been amazing and has really pushed me past what I can push myself.
