Scott is a PRO! He has helped me get back into strength training after a really long time. He challenges me with new exercises every time and also points out where I have made improvements since I began. From the very first correspondence it was a 5 star experience. Scott is quick to reply and treats his business, like a business! This is such an important factor when working with a trainer. It's not just how they are with you in the gym, but how they are outside of the gym that matters. Now, let's get down to inside the gym. Scott pays more attention to form than any other trainer I've worked with, and is so aware of your body and muscle movements. This is SO important when working out. I've been a runner and active for the last 12 years but always knew that I was missing the proper foundation like core strength, proper form, and engaging the right muscles when strength training. I also hated stretching because I was always so tight from head to toe. I started training with Scott 5 months ago, about 9 months after having my first baby. My goal was to get in the best shape of my life postpartum. Since then I've lost 15 pounds, I no longer have lower back pain, I have core strength that I've never experienced before, and I am significantly stronger. Scott showed me how and what to stretch to prevent injury and it has definitely helped my mobility and tightness. I started seeing Scott 8 weeks ago and I've already seen a huge improvement in my overall body composition. I never considered personal training as I was someone who already had the motivation to work out 6 days a week doing group fitness/HIIT classes. I recently learned how important strength training is for women and I wanted to learn how to lift heavier weights with good form which Scott has helped with immensely. He has great attention to detail and I no longer have aches and pains like I used to from overworking my body and using improper form. I am already down a pant size and my posture has improved significantly. Scott is simply the best trainer I have ever worked with. If you're looking for Pop Exercise or whatever the current fitness trend is, go somewhere else. Scott is fact based and uses proven science to achieve your goals. He uses all resources at his disposal - including but not limited to AI - to customize his support for you. For example, he plugged all of my info into an LLM (anonymously) and created a customized dietary plan that suited my age, my goals, and my peculiarities (i.e., 16 hour daily fasting).
The results have been fantastic - he has found and strengthened my weaknesses, he has challenged my preconceptions of fitness, and has delivered results: 20 lbs lost in 5 months in a careful and controlled manner, and stronger than I've ever been.
On top of all that, he's a very good human being. He meets you where you're at and doesn't intimidate, but instead cultivates your health. My wife is now working with him and getting the same results.
